Controller

The controller of your personal data is TechFleet, operating at techfleet.pl. For all data-related inquiries, contact us at hello@techfleet.pl.

What data we collect and why

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily:

• Email address (Checklist) — when you sign up to receive the AGV/AMR Compliance Checklist PDF via the form at techfleet.pl/checklist/. We use this to deliver the requested file and, with your implicit consent, to occasionally inform you about related TechFleet resources (e.g. the Playbook launch). You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
• Email address (Playbook waitlist) — when you join the waitlist at techfleet.pl/playbook/. We use this solely to notify you when the full AGV/AMR Playbook v1.4 is released. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
• Email address, company, job title and ROI inputs (ROI Calculator) — when you submit the ROI calculator at techfleet.pl/roi/. We use this to follow up with relevant information about TechFleet PM. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
• IP address — logged automatically for security and abuse prevention. Not linked to your identity and not shared with third parties.

We do not collect names, payment data, or any sensitive personal data beyond the above fields.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your email address on the basis of:

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to fulfil your request to receive the checklist and to inform you about directly related content.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where applicable, e.g. if we send marketing communications beyond the initial delivery. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes, or until you request deletion. If you have not engaged with any communication from us for 24 months, we will delete your data automatically.

Third-party processors

We use the following sub-processors to operate our service:

• Mailgun (Sinch) — transactional email delivery. Your email is transmitted to Mailgun servers to send the checklist PDF. Mailgun is GDPR-compliant and operates under a Data Processing Agreement.
• Railway — cloud infrastructure hosting our backend and database. Data is stored in the US West region. Railway operates under standard contractual clauses.
• Netlify — static frontend hosting. Netlify may log your IP address for CDN and security purposes.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data.
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@techfleet.pl. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies & local storage

Cookies: we do not set any cookies on your device. None of our pages use advertising, retargeting, or session-tracking cookies.

localStorage: some pages use your browser's localStorage (a form of local storage that never leaves your device) to remember preferences:

• tf_cookie_ok — saves that you dismissed the info banner.
• tf_playbook_lang — remembers the language you selected on the Playbook page (EN/PL).
• tf-theme — remembers your dark/light theme preference on the main site.

This data is stored exclusively in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time via your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.

Analytics: the main site at techfleet.pl uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. It does not track individuals, sets no cookies, and is fully GDPR-compliant without requiring a consent banner.
