Can I invite my client into a project?
Yes. The client can have scoped access to their project — they see statuses, UAT documents and can comment on tasks. Your internal team gets full access to all projects.
What happens after Go-Live?
The project transitions into Hypercare mode — the Tickets module handles SLAs, fault categories and routing to technicians. Fleet uptime stats are kept per client.
Where is the data hosted?
Data centers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Warsaw). Full GDPR support, daily backups, CSV/JSON export on demand.
Is there an integration with our ERP?
